Sridevi Maddineni, MD

Dr. Maddineni received her B.S. from State University of New York Albany and MD from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. She completed her residency in general surgery at New York Medical College (sound shore program) and fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Maddineni is currently Chief of Surgery at VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Healthcare System and has been taking care of veterans for over 12 years.

  Moderator: Meagan Costedio, MD, FACS, FASCRS

Dr. Costedio earned her medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in Burlington Vermont, and she stayed to complete a general surgery residency at Fletcher Allen Healthcare - University of Vermont.  She completed a colorectal surgery residency at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.  Dr. Costedio stayed on as staff at Cleveland Clinic where she pioneered the robotics program in colorectal surgery and developed a specialty in minimally invasive colon surgery.  Her specialties includes single port laparoscopy, transanal minimally invasive surgery (TAMIS), and robotics.  Dr. Costedio is currently the Medical Director of Colorectal Surgery, and Medical Staff President Elect at University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood, Ohio as well as Associate Professor of Surgery at Case Western Reserve University.

Sang Lee, MD

Dr. Lee received his BS in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and MD from New York University School of Medicine.  He completed his general surgery residency at Beth Israel-Deaconess Hospital in Boston and then completed specialty training in laparoscopic surgery and then colon and rectal surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital - Cornell and Columbia Medical Center. Dr. Lee is currently at USC Keck School of Medicine, where he is the Clinical Professor and Chief to Colon and Rectal Surgery.  Dr. Lee has been the director for the colorectal surgery fellows advanced endoscopic and endoluminial surgery courses.  Over the last 10 years, over 400 ACGME colorectal fellows have participated in the course.
