The ASCRS Video Mentorship Series is a series of intraoperative video-based coaching sessions, presented in the webinar format, with the goal of sharing operative techniques and improving procedural confidence. During this webinar the moderators will review videos of abdominal vs. perineal rectal prolapse repair.


Craig Olson, MD
Dr. Olson is a colon and rectal surgeon active at Baylor Scott and White in Waxahachie, Texas. He completed his surgical residency and colorectal fellowship at University of Texas Southwestern. His interests include minimally invasive surgery and pelvic floor disorders, he is currently serving as Vice Chair of the ASCRS Pelvic Floor Consortium.

Monika A. Krezalek, MD, MS, FACS
Dr. Krezalek received her MD from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine. She completed her residency, basic science fellowship, and Master of Science in Public Health Sciences degree at the University of Chicago. Dr. Krezalek completed residency in colon and rectal surgery at the Mayo Clinic. She is currently at the NorthShore University HealthSystem and has an appointment as an Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago.
 
Alex Jenny Ky, MD, FACS, FASCRS
Dr. Ky received her BA from Brown University and MD from SUNY Stony Brook. She did her general surgery residency in the last of the pyramid program at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC and Colorectal Fellowship with Dr. Milsom at Mount Sinai. Dr. Ky was recruited by Mount Sinai and have been an attending there since 2000. She is currently a Professor of Surgery and Medical Director of the Downtown Surgical Specialty office. Dr. Ky was the first female president of the New York Colon and Rectal Society and President Elected of the Chinese American Medical Society.
