Brian L. Bello, MD, FASCRS

Dr. Bello received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and a graduate degree from Georgetown University. He finished medical school at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia and completed a residency in general surgery and fellowships in both minimally invasive surgery and colon and rectal surgery at the University of Chicago. He is currently at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC, where he is program director of the colon and rectal surgery fellowship.

Jennifer Ayscue, MD, FASCRS
Dr. Ayscue received her B.S. from the University of Illinois and her MD from the University of Illinois Chicago. She then completed her residency in general surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern and her fellowship in Colorectal Surgery at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. She spent more than 20 years in Washington, DC, as the Regional Chief of Colorectal Surgery and the Vice Chair of Quality Safety and Outcomes. Currently, she holds a position in Orlando Health as the Chief of Colorectal Surgery for their West Region in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Amit Khanna, MD
Dr. Khanna is currently Regional Director of Digestive Health at Yale New Haven Health System, Director Colon and Rectal Surgery for the Bridgeport region, and Assistant Professor of Surgery at Yale University School of Medicine. He has more than 20 years of experience as a high-volume surgeon, specializing in the minimally invasive treatment and management of inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal malignancy, and anorectal diseases.
