Speed Mentoring

The Engagement Committee promotes relationships across all levels of ASCRS by providing mentorship programs and educational resources to create a sense of belonging, build connections, and foster full participation for all members at all levels of the society.
 
During this event, mentees will have 15-minute conversations with 5 different mentors who will share their knowledge on specific topics: Career development, research/education, leadership, practice building, and work life integration.

Objectives

At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:
  1. Introduce yourself to senior members in the society
  2. Develop relationships to further discuss an area of interest
  3. Recognize resources available for area of interest
