Our newest CREST® Weekly Curriculum module, Pouchitis Diagnosis and Treatment, is now available! This module focuses on pouchitis, including the etiology, diagnosis, first and second-line therapy, and the approach to complicated, recurrent and refractory disease. Included in the module are a narrated presentation, full-text articles from Diseases of the Colon & Rectum, and a brief posttest.

Objectives:

• Understand the etiology, presentation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute pouchitis.
• Understand the diagnostic approach and treatment of chronic or refractory pouchitis.
• Understand strategies for the maintenance of remission from pouchitis in high-risk patients.

If you attended the 2017 ASCRS Annual Scientific and Tripartite meeting in Seattle, please visit the online evaluation site to claim credit today for the CME and eligible self-assessment (MOC) credit sessions you attended.

You will be asked to enter your Last Name and ID Number in order to complete the evaluations. Please remember to print and save a copy of the certificate with your CME for your records. We ask that you complete your online evaluations by August 31, 2017.
